INFINITEWARE Launches Free AI Labor Law Chatbot for Bahrain's Private Sector
Bahrain's first AI-driven natural-language assistant for labour regulations is released free of charge as a community service.

INFINITEWARE today launched a free, AI-powered chatbot designed to help private sector employees in Bahrain navigate the country's labour laws. The system covers employment contracts, working hours, leave entitlements, and other day-to-day employment questions, and is released free of charge as a community service.

The chatbot combines machine learning and semantic search over Bahrain's published labour law corpus and related secondary materials. Rather than returning rigid keyword matches, it answers natural-language questions in conversational form and points users at the specific sections of the law that apply to their situation.
INFINITEWARE released the tool as a public service, addressing a clear access gap: front-line workers and small employers often need quick, specific guidance on labour law without the cost or delay of formal legal advice.
The Labor Law Instant Chat will continue to be expanded with additional regulations, multilingual support, and integrations for HR teams in the private sector.
