Alaali Lex Maxima and INFINITEWARE Sign Strategic Agreement to Develop Next-Generation AI-Powered Legal Tools

In a qualitative step toward a more advanced future for legal services, Alaali Lex Maxima Law Firm and Legal Consultancy has unveiled a strategic partnership with INFINITEWARE, the Bahrain-based AI specialist, to integrate artificial intelligence into legal practice and to develop innovative solutions that redefine the efficiency of legal services in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Under the agreement, the two firms will co-develop smart, AI-powered legal tools that enhance the efficiency of legal procedures and transactions, a step that reinforces Alaali Lex Maxima's leadership in technological innovation across the legal sector.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Ali Alaali, representing Alaali Lex Maxima, and Ameen Altajer, representing INFINITEWARE.
The collaboration sits within a broader commitment by both parties to develop tools that keep pace with the accelerating digital transformation, contributing to the legal sector and providing innovative solutions that meet the requirements of the era.
