Teyseer Motors Launches Strategic Partnership with INFINITEWARE to Deliver Advanced AI Solutions for Customer Service

Teyseer Motors, the official distributor in Qatar for Suzuki, GWM, Peugeot, and Mobil, alongside a wider portfolio of automotive brands, today announced a strategic partnership with INFINITEWARE to deploy a fine-tuned Large Language Model (LLM) that powers a family of custom chat bots, also engineered by INFINITEWARE, designed to bring a qualitative leap to the way customers interact with the company and to elevate the digital service experience in the automotive sector.

Unlike conventional general-purpose chatbots, the new system is built on an LLM fine-tuned on Teyseer Motors' proprietary data and automotive knowledge base. The custom bots, developed end-to-end by INFINITEWARE, sit on top of the fine-tuned model and surface its intelligence across all of Teyseer's digital touchpoints, including the company's websites, social media platforms, and WhatsApp.
