INFINITEWARE Launches Free AI Labor Law Chatbot for Bahrain's Private Sector

INFINITEWARE built and released a free, AI-powered chatbot designed to help private sector employees in Bahrain navigate the country's labor laws, covering employment contracts, working hours, leave entitlements, and other day-to-day employment questions.

The chatbot combines machine learning and semantic search over Bahrain's published labor law corpus and related secondary materials. Rather than returning rigid keyword matches, it answers natural-language questions in conversational form and points users at the relevant sections of the law.

INFINITEWARE released the tool as a community service with no charge to users, addressing what the company saw as a clear access gap: front-line workers and small employers often need quick, specific guidance on labor law without the cost or delay of formal legal advice.

The chatbot was later cited as a contributor to INFINITEWARE's recognition in Bahrain's first national AI award, where the project was acknowledged for its public-interest impact alongside its technical execution.
