Teyseer Motors Partners with INFINITEWARE on a Fine-Tuned LLM and Custom Chat Bots

Teyseer Motors, the official distributor in Qatar for Suzuki, GWM, Peugeot, and Mobil alongside a wider portfolio of automotive brands, has signed a strategic partnership with INFINITEWARE to deploy a fine-tuned Large Language Model (LLM) that powers a family of custom chat bots, also engineered by INFINITEWARE, across the company's digital service channels.

Unlike general-purpose chatbots, the new system is built on an LLM fine-tuned on Teyseer Motors' own proprietary data and automotive knowledge base. The custom bots, developed end-to-end by INFINITEWARE, sit on top of the fine-tuned model and surface its intelligence across Teyseer's websites, social media platforms, and WhatsApp.

The collaboration targets three explicit outcomes: a unified knowledge base across every brand the company distributes, instant response on vehicle specifications, service bookings, and maintenance enquiries, and a consistent customer experience regardless of digital channel.

Mohammed Bin Khalifa Al-Mannai, Managing Director of Teyseer Motors, said the partnership lets the company deploy intelligent assistants that genuinely understand its brands and services, ensuring customers get the right answers instantly. Ameen Altajer, Chief Executive Officer of INFINITEWARE, added that the model was fine-tuned specifically for Teyseer's ecosystem and the chat bots were engineered around it end-to-end, bridging the gap between complex automotive information and the consumer.

The engagement extends INFINITEWARE's automotive-sector practice and continues its pattern of designing, fine-tuning, and shipping enterprise-grade AI for established regional clients, after earlier work across government, financial services, and gaming.
