General Assembly and INFINITEWARE Sign Partnership to Recruit Top Bahraini Graduate Engineers
The partnership channels the strongest graduates of General Assembly's Bahraini engineering programmes into INFINITEWARE, screened for portfolio quality and mental resilience over paper credentials.

INFINITEWARE has entered a strategic partnership with General Assembly, the global technology-education network, to recruit the strongest Bahraini graduate engineers coming out of General Assembly's programmes in the Kingdom.
“We only hire engineers who can prove it with their portfolio and who hold up under real conditions. Everything else is noise. Partnering with General Assembly gives us a clean line into Bahraini graduates who have already been trained to work that way, and it is exactly the kind of pipeline we need to keep scaling the team without lowering the bar.”
The agreement gives INFINITEWARE early visibility into each graduating cohort in Bahrain and formalises a shared hiring standard: candidates are assessed first on the quality of the work in their portfolio and on their demonstrated mental resilience under real engineering conditions, ahead of any traditional academic proxy.
The partnership reflects INFINITEWARE's long-held position that the best engineers are the ones who ship real work, take real ownership, and hold up under real pressure. By anchoring at the entry point of Bahrain's technical talent pipeline, INFINITEWARE gains a repeatable channel of engineers who arrive already aligned with that culture and standard.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by senior representatives of both organisations at General Assembly's Bahrain campus and takes effect immediately.
