INFINITEWARE Wins Best Utilization of Artificial Intelligence at 12th Bahrain eGovernment Excellence Award
Recognition for the Labor Law Instant Chat, the Kingdom's first AI-driven natural-language assistant for Bahrain's labour regulations.

INFINITEWARE was honoured at the 12th edition of the Bahrain eGovernment Excellence Award, held at Exhibition World Bahrain on 10 October 2023. The company won the Best Utilization of Artificial Intelligence category for the Labor Law Instant Chat, the Kingdom's first AI-driven natural-language assistant for Bahrain's labour regulations.
“The government has identified more than a hundred fields in which to extend artificial intelligence as part of digital transformation. Bahrain has built a strong infrastructure, with one hundred per cent internet coverage, on which to run that work.”
The ceremony was opened by His Excellency General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior and Chairman of the Ministerial Committee for Information and Communication Technology (MCICT), with senior leaders from across the public and private sectors in attendance.
“We released the Labor Law Instant Chat as a community service because labour law guidance should not be gated by access to advisors. This recognition belongs as much to the engineering team as to the public who use the system every day.”
The Labor Law Instant Chat understands natural-language questions in Arabic and English and points users at the relevant sections of the law, rather than returning rigid keyword matches. INFINITEWARE released the chatbot as a community service with no charge to users.
The eGovernment Excellence Award is administered through the Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) and is the Kingdom's flagship recognition for digital transformation work. The 12th edition placed INFINITEWARE alongside winners across digital services, smart device applications, and citizen-facing eGovernment platforms.
